"Lovely Stuff"
Those are not my words, they're the words of Mr. Shakin Stevens. This podcast by four dossers and dwads and produced by Jed (Maxwell?) really delves into the Partridge universe far too deeply, even going so far as to notice louder laughter in series two and the quality of the props. If you've ever wondered if Linton is a place or a brand of Travel Tavern; if you've always wanted translations of Michael's Geordie ramblings; if you've ever wondered what happens when you mix Baileys Irish cream with Fosters lager - look no further. The self-sung soundtrack boasts everything from Wuthering Heights to War of the Worlds. However if you want anything from, arguably the biggest stadium band in the world, RE - O Speedwagon, you'll have to go elsewhere. The sausage is the perfect distance from the beans in this one. An absolutely delight to listen too. Like myself and friends, these guys have grown up and loved the character of Alan Partridge, and this comes across in the very funny podcast. Fun, factual and just great, keep up the good work. A-ha!
