Either do a true crime podcast or don’t. The insomnia hook and vocal affectations are unbearable, shoe-horned, and poorly acted. Ooh, all this true crime is giving me nightmares and the only way to make it stop is to produce an entire podcast about it. Get lost.

The stories are interesting but the narrators personal story of being an “insomniac” are super misplaced and odd, it doesn’t flow at all with the story and actually ruins it. The into is cringeworthy (stop researching it if it has that much of an effect on you) however detail is good, however on the slow side. As a direct comparison, Casefile is better.
