What a fantastic podcast! As a mom of five kids, all of whom have ADHD, including my husband and myself, this podcast resonates with me so much. I just found it today but so far really love episode 158 about two ways we’re exhausted (yes to this!) and 159 with the examples of inattentiveness (I laughed out loud more than once because I can relate to 99.9% of what you shared.) You are a wealth of knowledge and I so appreciate that you get it and that you share so openly. Thank you for my new favorite podcast!

I’m not a mom, but I have ADHD and love this podcast. Patricia is motivational, incredibly relatable and provides doable action steps that is ADHD folks benefit lots from.

I love this podcast! The way you talk about ADHD as an asset has kept me in a positive place with it instead of feeling down. ❤️ I have spent my life feeling like I am falling short but with simple advice from here I feel like I can use my brain to my advantage!
