Description
Tonight our very special guest is Sarah Badger, I met her while in Saint John last year running the Bootstrap Boogie and we just had to have her on our show. Sarah loves to run anywhere she can lace up a pair of sneakers and hit the trail or road. In this episode, we discuss mental health in general and how Sarah deals with her own issues. Sarah tells it like it is and how running helps to keep her balanced. It is refreshing to learn that we are all human and sometimes we have problems. Sarah is affectionately known as the caboose for the Saint john Trail Runners, she loves to volunteer her time and make others feel welcome when they have group runs or events. You may want to sit down and listen to Sarah and her journey and listen to her passion, We know when Sarah is ready she will kick butt at her next Ultra and we can't wait to have her back on when she does.
