Our guest this evening was a heavy smoker and in 2006 started cycling. Amir had no idea how much this would change her life. Amir has done a famous ride called the Golden Triangle twice. Our very special guest tonight is Ian Loughead, senior conservator at an N.S. museum. Early on Ian was into team sports, Soccer, and especially Baseball.
