Description
Tonight we welcome a friend back on our podcast. Mark McColgan is in the saddle once again and we start off chatting about what Mark has been doing lately. The answer of course is being very busy with his running while promoting Saint john trail Running and getting the message out there for all trail running. Mark is very passionate about organizing races and getting all the information about a run out to the masses and he is very good at it. Our main focus this evening is on the new race coming August 26th, 2023 called Loonie Loops, links below. This brand new race in Saint john is getting a lot of attention and for good reason. You can sign up for 6, 12, or 24 hours and 10$ of every donation goes to the YMCA, why not I say? You can take as long as you like on the 3km trail loop. Walk, jog, hike, and nap in between, it doesn't matter. Why not test your limits and hike the farthest you have ever hiked or see how many laps you could complete in 6 hours, the sky is the limit. So sign up and give it a go, links are below cheers!
