Description
Tim Fitzgerald is our special guest this week, or is his name TJ? or perhaps the Fitz? It doesn't matter, what matters is Tim is here to chat about his love for running. Tim has served in the military for nearly 14 years and has been deployed twice, we want to thank him for his service. Tim is passionate about running, at an early age he did well against others, even older kids at school. Today, Tim runs marathons, backyard ultras, and even a 100 miler at Capes. Tim has won some of those events, coming in second in others—an amazing accomplishment in itself. Tim joined the Cape Breton Road Runners years ago and this group of dedicated runners goes all out when it comes to running, link below. What is Duo Decades you might ask, well it's Tim and his wife Jen's Etsy store, really cool vintage items, check it out, link below. We can't wait to see what Tim does next but we do know that we won't have to wait that long, see you on the trails.
