Cory is a goal setter and one of the main goals he is trying to promote is the idea of students spending at least one week of the school year camping, organized by students themselves, and that schools would collect camping gear from the community to reduce obstacles to youth enjoying nature. More kids spending more time outdoors and less time on their devices sounds like a wonderful idea here at Motivate to Move. This is just the beginning of what Cory is doing and working on. Cory has been offering art therapy workshops in schools since 1999, teaching life planning, hoop dance, beadwork, sewing, journal writing, talking circles, and much more. How about Cory's project of linking a trail from Saint John to Walton Glen Gorge, then on to Sussex? Spending the last ten years developing Walton Glen Gorge to be a rock climbing area, and doing it alone as Cory enjoys the peace of doing first ascents.
