This podcast is a true gift! I am a yin teacher and long time yoga practitioner, the topics are relevant and insightful for both my practice and classes. (On and off the mat) This is an incredible and insightful resource for anyone interested in mindfulness practice, yin/gentle/restorative yoga, or simply taking care of your body & mind.

Addie is an absolutely wonderful podcast host and does a spectacular job inviting us into inner work that feels doable, accessible, and - most importantly, for me at least - not intimidating! This is a really great podcast to engage with.
