Agree that it’s too repetitive
This is an important issue and like others, I applaud the courage of the sister and her family. But sometimes i feel like you have used the crying parts again and again. It was devastating and touching the first time I heard them, but the second time onward, it was a bit irritating. I want to hear the new details, new interviews, not the repetition.

This podcast repeats parts of previous episodes constantly. Tragic & skirts around the fact nobody took action who certainly should have much earlier and potentially saved a life.
