I'm a believer
So, I tried the podcast about eating moderately. I played it in the car on the way to a friend's house last night. I thought it was OK. I played it again on the way home later. Some of it sounded just right to me. Today I was food shopping and a bag of chips looked yummy. As I bent down to grab the bag, the words of the podcast were in my head and I stopped. Unbelievable! At the next store, I saw some bags of chips and they looked yummy. As I bent down again, the words were in my head again. I was stunned all over again. I was doublely stunned that I could so quickly forget the first incident and was repeating the behavior. This podcast is brilliant. The audio tracks used, her voice and spoken words are perfect. I found listening to this podcasts so great, that I cried!
