It’s hard to find a healthy perspective on food in the running community- everything seems to be super specific and requires one to be hyper-aware of their food intake, which only further fuels my disordered eating. Their podcasts has a super realistic, laid-back, well-rounded perspective on food. Will continue listening for sure.”
