If you want a podcast that discusses space exploration with the storytelling veracity of giggling 3 year old children talking about Santa Claus, you found it. Enjoy the scientism.

I was so excited to find a RAS podcast, only to be immediately disappointed by relentless in-jokes and giggling.

I like the topics but the hosts can’t get over themselves and are clearly uncomfortable…..laughing because they all are looking to Eachother for something super boring I hate everybody

Really mind expanding stuff. I’ve only recently discovered this podcast and have been enjoying the back catalogue. Looking forward to all the future episodes and trying to think of a good question to ask that hasn’t already been asked! Thank you team for all your hard work and enthusiasm.

Intelligent, fun, funny, energetic: Becky and Izzie are amazing hosts. I love all the science, which they take seriously, and I love even more being part of the great time they seem to have together. This is by far my favorite podcast of all, and there do seem to be more podcasts than stars these...Read full review »

Started listening about three months ago. This is a really informative yet easy going podcast fronted by two people very easy to listen to (why do so many podcasts forget this important thing?). I’ll be working my way through the back catalogue as I get the chance. Oh and bonus points for the PSB...Read full review »

Without doubt the best astronomy podcast out there. Super quirky and informative, with a sense of humour thrown in. And unlike the majority of podcasts it isn’t filled with annoying ads. Keep up the good work guys.

I don’t know if you guys even read the reviews, but I’m the kid (Luke from Minnesota) who interviewed you for a school project. I just want to let you know that I’m still going to be an astrophysicist when I’m out of high school!

I love listening to well informed and enthusiastic people discuss their subject. They seem to be having such a good time. Much of the deep astrophysics stuff goes over my head but I enjoy the effort in reaching for it as it flies past and the more you listen, the more you learn.

Amazing podcast, as for some of the other reviews why can’t people have fun presenting a subject they love.

While I listen to a few science (and sci-fi) podcasts, this one is by far my favorite. Super Massive is friendly, trustworthy, and I live for the honest rapport of Izzie, Dr. Becky and Dr. Robert. This must be the podcast I am looking forward to the most every month, as it always is a joy to listen to! Professionals who know very well what they are talking about, and convey it so well with their true enthusiasm for all things space.

The giggly, jokin’-around presentation put me off. Subjects very interesting and i’m not saying it should delivered dry n serious but, this was just too annoying.

I recently discovered this podcast and binged it all very quickly! Everyone on this podcast is so passionate and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that they only put out one episode a month. I need MORE!!!!!
Tatertodd007 via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 08/04/22
Ignore the naysayers regarding the ‘giggling’, woe betide anyone should have fun. It’s entertaining, incredibly informative, the presenter chemistry is infectious, and I now know things I didn’t before.

Some great science form accomplished and talented scientists. Young or old, these podcasts are informative, enjoyable and fun.

Interesting topics ruined by the hosts’ giggling and goofiness. Even the guests are drawn into their poor behavior. There are ways to convey joy and enthusiasm in a discussion without acting like small children. Not recommended.

sexist trolls writing reviews on here. They just resent females in science. It’s a great podcast. Super informative, educational and fun.

Females presenting a science programme what can simply go wrong, try to quit the constant giggling at nothing, it’s very offputting and childish.
