Description
Generative Design is a relatively new concept in the engineering and manufacturing space. As product innovators have become more comfortable with the idea of artificial intelligence integrating into their workplace, we’ve seen how far their capabilities have grown.  In this episode, I’m joined by Siemens Executives Tod Parrella, Product Manager for NX Design and Boris Lauber, Product Manager at Additive Manufacturing Simulation. We discuss what Generative Design entails, how human interaction has influenced the use of AI systems, as well as the possibilities and predictions we have for how it will be optimized in the future.  It’s an exciting world we live in and the scope of possibilities that these design practices will offer is boundless.
