Thanks so much for making this podcast! I have been vegetarian for almost a year and a half and recently starting jogging to get in shape. I am following programs like couch to 5K and now I am training to get up to a 10K. I am such a new runner and so slow that I'm not sure if I'll enter any races this year but I plan to train to enter races next year. Your podcast has been an amazing inspiration for my vegetarian life surrounded by omnivores. Thanks for all the great work!Read full review »

I stumbled across this podcast via searching for some training resources online. The discussion, interviews and guests are fantastic, open-minded and I think would appeal to a lot of interests and abilities. So much so I listened to some twice back to back and look forward to future episodes.
