“I found this podcast when my baby was 6 months old and have absolutely loved it. In the first few months of being a first time mom I felt so overwhelmed by the “rules” my baby and I were supposed to be following but kept failing to adhere to. Then I found NOTU and realized what we were going through was so. normal. Rachael keeps it real while also sharing awesome advice and has wonderful guests! The perfect thing to listen to while I’m nap trapped 🙂”
