I highly recommend joining the Facebook group for more support—it’s a very encouraging place. We celebrate each other’s wins and encourage each other during the harder weeks. It’s also really inspiring to see people who are a few weeks ahead of you, cheering you on. The podcast is great because it prompts you for the intervals without having to think too much about it. And I also like that I can download it to my Apple Watch and not have to take my phone with me on runs.”
