In my youth I was a regular runner, racking up to 30 miles a week. At 45 I tried to get back into the habit but kept injuring myself by trying to run 5 miles right out of the gate. None to Run is helping me build gradually and injury free!

Perhaps you have tried The Couch to 5K in the past with no success. Was moving from week 3 to week 4 too much, too soon?
