Most sleep podcasts I’ve listened to don’t do the trick for me, but this one does. I have issues falling asleep and then staying asleep. Trying to not take something every night before bed listening to these stories help me so much! Most nights I do wake up around 2-4am so I hen again put my head phones on and listen some more. It helps me fall peacefully into sleep.

Kathryn is my yoga instructor, and her voice soothes and calms me at bedtime, just as it does in the yoga room. It reminds me that we are not in a hurry. What a lovely idea for a podcast, well done, Kathryn!
