My go to before bed
I have issues falling asleep and then staying asleep. Trying to not take something every night before bed listening to these stories help me so much! Most nights I do wake up around 2-4am so I hen again put my head phones on and listen some more. It helps me fall peacefully into sleep.

I am addicted to this podcast. It is immediately relaxing and I have definitely conditioned myself to fall asleep to the writer’s voice because I can fall asleep much more quickly with her. I am so thankful for finding her! If you’re struggling to fall asleep, this one is for you!

I was looking for a sleep podcast for weeks. no luck. finally I find this. a story time. most of the time I just listen and let my mind drift. I usually never get to listen to the end because im asleep. 10/10.
