Welcome back to the Nourish You Podcast! On today’s episode I’m chatting about this word that has been lingering in my mind as I have been doing some journaling sessions. It’s the concept of releasing or release. This word release has just been sticking with me so much, as I realized that what we do every single day is in our own unconscious mind. It’s been programmed into us. We aren't actively thinking about it in our conscious mind. And as I thought about this, it was important to me to actively start shifting that subconscious aspect into releasing what has been given to me and stepping into a new reality, a new truth, a new being, a new embodiment, that I am actually creating and aware of.

Release the ideal that we need to elicit control over food. Release the guilt, shame, fear, frustration, confusion with food; there is no morality with food, it’s neutral.
