Life changing!
Thank you so much Bridget & Julie! You are both amazing women and inspire us all to live to our highest potential, to live a life that we want and choose and ultimately to be ourself. Your truth and raw honesty is such a help to all women and I'm so grateful to you both for generously sharing your amazing insights and life experiences. The quality of my life & relationship with my husband, children, extended family and friends has sky rocketed simply by listening to your podcast episodes. I wish all women were aware of your podcast (there's something for everyone) and it should definitely be recommended for all pregnant women. I think the best gifts I have received from listening to Nourishing the Mother is the ability to take a step back, breathe, don't overreact, realise the issue at hand is not the real core of the problem, and to have the relieving feeling that it's all ok - things may not work out perfectly or how I want them to but that's still ok and provides different opportunities for growth. Also, knowing that there is a whole tribe of wonderful women out there going through similiar things in life is very comforting. Thanks again Bridget & Julie - I'm eternally grateful.Read full review »
