I absolutely enjoyed listening to Cold Lord! As a student in nursing school, it’s good to talk about these things. I appreciate how he gave us the reality instead of sugar coating the process because burnout is definitely real! I look forward to hearing more from him. He’s the best 🩷👏

The podcast discussing nurse burnout and as very helpful and gave great tips. I liked the tip of when you take your lunch break, to mentally take a break from thinking about your patients. Also, being reminded of self care and creating healthy boundaries is beneficial.
