Description
Pregnancy is an exciting and overwhelming time, putting in the practice before birth will help ensure that you are well-prepared and ready to welcome your little one into the world. We meet many women who come to us looking for support through their 2nd pregnancies and are wanting to change how they approach the birth through more education and learning how to relax and feel more empowered. In Practicing different breathing techniques, positions, and relaxation methods can help you to stay calm and relaxed during your birth. Knowing what to expect can also help you to make informed decisions about your care during the birth and delivery. Please know we are sharing from our own knowledge not with medical advice, we hope this helps you to have confident conversations with your care givers, we are not medical professionals and we really support you to communicate with your medical care team. We are so excited to offering online Pregnancy Circles and soon to be running in person Half Day Retreats on the Gold Coast..
