“As a lifelong Californian (minus four years in the "Deep South," which is a major misnomer), I appreciate Ross and Carrie because they remind me of so many of my Los Angeles friends, my Palo Alto friends, and my Santa Cruz friends. Ross and Carrie do what has to be done. They go out and get involved with the freakiest, the weirdest, the most potentially dangerous nonsense in America. And then they report.
