If your therapist recommends this then should fire them or they should lose their license. This man is a hack profiting off of people’s fears and stupidity. There are plenty of therapy podcasts. I enjoy this type of podcast so I gave it a chance. He comes across as disingenuous and then I learned of his misrepresentations and lies about his past… Why lie about it?? So bizarre.

I started listening to one episode of 23’ and the first 5’ were only adds. And then around minute 11’ more adds. After that I just stopped listening. Makes the whole thing useless because you don’t know when an add is starting or finishing. I don’t recommend.

This is an amazing podcast with great information to help with any mental health challenges you are facing. I just wish there were fewer sponsors, 4+ minutes of commercials before it kicks off is a lot of commercials.

I get it, but I feel like the ads have become excessive. Shouldn’t feel like a show with commercials every 10 minutes.

Just plug booking.com from the beginning, not as each point. This has lowered Jay Shetty standards immensely.

I’ve been listening off & on since this podcast came out. It didn’t seem like it was gonna go in this direction. The ads are the worst & for products I’m sure Jay & his wife never use. I just listened to the one with Andrew Huberman, do you need a degree in neuroscience to understand all of this? I lost interest quickly, he just rambled on and on. He also sounds incredibly in love with himself which has put me off listening any further.

You bring the greatest artists on your show which is VERY impressive.
