I found this unbearable. He is completely out of touch with reality. Arrogant, rambling and unlikable. A terrible episode among some really great stuff.

I feel truly blessed to be alive in the same times as this podcast runs and having the means to listen and learn from this amazing human being that Jay is. Thank you so much!

I don’t write reviews, however I’ve been compelled to write a review for this podcast because it is engaging, educative and very helpful for a needed change in our “modern society’s mindsets”. I forward most of the interviews to my 20-year old son with a purpose!!: the topics discussed are...Read full review »

Recently I’ve been going through a really tough time. I’ve been sober for one week and I’ve listened to your podcast everyday during that week. I was searching for answers to my problems, and through your conversation with La La I got so many answers. I received so much hate as kid for the color...Read full review »

I listen to every episode. This man is genuine and is actively working towards helping the world become kinder, more thoughtful and motivated to make positive change in their own lives and in community. Serious, but joyful, Jay is fostering real personal growth in this modern world. It’s a...Read full review »

Not sure what to make of this one. He talked quickly and nonstop and there were many product mentions in there. Just too much to absorb. Also, when does he work? Gets up, attacks the day, lunch, nap, barometric chamber, cold plunge, walk after dinner, using all those devices.

Day by day, podcast by podcast, book by book, you managed to change the way I see the world, myself and relationships, making everything so much deeper and brighter… thank you Jay !

Although the content is good, from all the articles I’ve read about his plagiarism and lying about his monk history, Jay seems like a bit of a fraud. Seriously considering unsubscribing. How can one believe someone’s advice who keeps on lying about himself and plagiarising other people’s work?

I think there’s area for growth and validity in the critiques if Jay and his team open the space for feedback. On IG they need to get better at citing and giving credits to authors of quotes on both image and caption. On the podcast Jay can name the scientific studies he makes claims on: whole...Read full review »

Fraud. Even the podcasts can’t hide it. He knows nothing. Uses what everyone’s already said and done etc. nothing knew here. Watch the scandal. He’s in deep. Knew it was too good to be true!

Look no further than the recent scandals he’s been involved in- plagiarism, lying about credentials, don’t listen, support or buy to someone like this. There are far more qualified and honest people to tune into- this guy isn’t one of them!!!

Not surprised about the article in the Guardian’s. A friend recommended this podcast but it left me disappointed. It’s hard to be listening to something spiritual/ sensitive and then be pulled into an advertisement every 10 minutes. Previously, guests were informative and backed by evidence. Unfortunately, potentially due to exhausting potential 'experts', the podcast has begun to give a platform to some real grifters to spout complete nonsense.
