“I love the show and the three hosts. I am learning to challenge my own thinking, especially as listeners take the panelists to task on the "B Side" episodes. I think it is fantastic that Baratunde, Raquel and Tanner admit to their own imperfections and listen to feedback from each other and the listening audience. This really helps me to gain more insight about myself and the people in my life, regardless of the extent to which I agree or disagree with the opinions expressed. As a white person working in an environment that is majority people of color, I'm not quite ready to open up the conversation myself (I'm not in management, either, I'm a peon, but management get whiter and whiter the higher you go, or so it seems from my view).
