Not great writing for what could have been awesome
Confusing to say the least. I listen to podcasts all day everyday at work and I had to listen to first 20 min of episode 1 four times... confusing timeline, introducing so many people and different voices, the characters not explained & just jumps around from friendstar to facebook comment, email of birth announcement and a wedding and marriage ending all in 2 short paragraphs it seemed like. Hard to make sense of it all. Will push though to second episode but so far I am not a fan at all. Definitely not a great set up to the story like I really expected. Hoping it gets a lot better but unsure I will stick this out if this bad already. Update-finished listening to episode 2...even worse. All over the place and for now I gather marriage, ran off after wanting divorce, both are rich and somehow in all of this he ends up shot...lots of interviews with random people makes it confusing as hell & really disappointed in this, Wondery is better than this.

Sad story but not really anything new in the world of true crime stories. If you run out of stuff to listen to, maybe give it a...Read full review »

2 episodes and I’m sucked in! The story is so intriguing and the production is (as always) perfection. I am so looking forward to future episodes and sharing with friends.
