“I was a bit hesitant about this podcast because, unlike some of the other long form true crime podcasts I’ve loved (like Dirty John and Doctor Death), I knew the story behind this one. It’s been covered a lot on true crime TV shows. So I wasn’t sure this would hold my attention. But I started it this morning and wish I could have listened all the way through the second episode (but I arrived at work and had to stop). But the rest of episode 2 will get me home. This is really well done and clearly extensively researched. They’ve talked to lots of people who knew the couple and a lot of family members, so you’re getting a lot of context that a one hour TV show could be cover. Well worth a listen. Even if you know how it ends (or at least, how it’s ended so far.)”
