So far it’s addictive
I was a bit hesitant about this podcast because, unlike some of the other long form true crime podcasts I’ve loved (like Dirty John and Doctor Death), I knew the story behind this one. It’s been covered a lot on true crime TV shows. So I wasn’t sure this would hold my attention. But I started it this morning and wish I could have listened all the way through the second episode (but I arrived at work and had to stop). But the rest of episode 2 will get me home. This is really well done and clearly extensively researched. They’ve talked to lots of people who knew the couple and a lot of family members, so you’re getting a lot of context that a one hour TV show could be cover. Well worth a listen. Even if you know how it ends (or at least, how it’s ended so far.)

More reviews of Over My Dead Body
I am enjoying the narration sprinkled with interviews. Nice balance of story telling.

Who narrates this he’s so nasally? There are too many ads, the narrators voice is annoying, there’s no story and they laid heavy on the dramatic music at non dramatic transitions- very weird. I’m not feeling this niche whatever it .... Is this series about successful professional sociopaths?...Read full review »
