Love the pod so much! Dr. Naomi, I recommend shopping at Old Navy. As a big runner and a girl who doesn’t mind spending a buck on workout clothes, I have found Old Navy to be exceptional. Their running shorts specifically are great and come at a bargain! Had to pause the episode to give this rec.

I love listening to this podcast. I just wish I didn’t have to skip an ad for most of it. I feel like it’s half content, half ads

Y’all buried the lede in your last podcast title! That one listener question and the detailed description of how to do exposure therapy gave me a good chuckle and was also so relatable. Love everything about this podcast :)

STOP WITH THE “LIKES” AND YOU KNOWS. Omg it’s so annoying and makes you guys sound uneducated. I like the emails and advice but cannot stand the constant filler words

Love tuning into over sharing ever week. I find it to be a comforting listening and enjoy hearing their perspectives on listeners situations. I always get a laugh from Jordana and enjoy her finding humour in all things in life even the challenging ones. Would highly recommend!

Enjoy listening to the podcast but am disappointed that they support Better Help, a platform extremely problematic and harmful to therapists.

Jordana displayed a startling lack of empathy during the Sarah Herron episode. As I listened to her share her deeply personal and painful experiences, it was disheartening to hear Jordana respond with such indifference. Her questions and comments seemed detached and unsympathetic, failing to...Read full review »

I look forward every week to listening to this podcast. My sister and I both listen and always debrief afterwards! I love the back and forth between Jordana and Dr Naomi, they’re so relatable! The only feedback I have is that there is way too much wedding content. Doesn’t Betches have its own...Read full review »

Can’t thank you both enough for this podcast, is very helpful in daily life but also entertaining! Made me look at situations differently and how I approach them. Like have 2 wise older sisters to listen to, keep up the great work!!

I’ve listened since day 1, I love the chemistry between Dr Naomi and Jordana and their insights. This said I think emails have turned a little dull lately. Stories and issues have become (in my opinion) too normal/ average and I find myself skipping through in hope to find something more exciting...Read full review »

The regularity with which the hosts dismiss financial anxieties as small is so frustrating. You can’t affirm and meditate away not making enough money. Otherwise, this a pretty good pod! I use things I learn in this pod all the time to supplement (not replace) actual therapy.

I listen to most of Jordana’s podcast because I love her logical and reasonable point of view on topics. I also just love the cadence of her voice! When I heard this podcast i instantly became a loyal listener. Dr. Naomi had the same soothing voice and logical problem solving process. Honestly...Read full review »

I generally really enjoy this mini series and the guests. I have had a very similar journey/timeline for Jordana and her vulnerability both on this podcast and Uup have been so refreshing and really could listen to just her talk about the topic and feel better. Personally loved this last episode where Dr Naomi rebukes parents freaking out over toxins and says there’s really not studies out there of them shortening kids’ lives. Can you please do a guided meditation on pet loss? I know Dr Naomi spoke on it when a listener wrote in about her dog a while ago and touched on it recently when a husband really loved his cat.

I love this podcast, I look forward to it every week! It was very hard to hear Jordana and Dr Naomi talk about climate change in such a dismissive and uninformed way. Perhaps this is an unpopular opinion but I find that Oversharing really needs more diversity on listener stories. Don't get me wrong, I get that marriage/wedding content is rampant esp at the age of listeners but as a single female I wish they would have a broader variety. Friends, work,...Read full review »

I love Jordana on U Up, and her sensibility continues to be a good balance on oversharing. Both her and Dr. Naomi have great chemistry, and a good balance between the realities of today that Jordana brings, and calm and collectedness of Dr. Naomi. I’m a big fan of the podcast, but I must say that I was pretty shocked by N&J’s response to the first voicemail question in most recent episode about “how to get your partner to become more responsible”. I literally go to bed excited to wake up and get to listen to this show, it feels so therapeutic and puts me in such a good mood. I already loved Jordana from U up but Dr. N makes me feel like I just took an antidepressant, such a boost of joy and peace.

I am obsessed with this podcast! I had a suggestion for an episode of baby steps, I am in my 30s and thinking of freezing eggs and doing a split egg with a company that donates half and you keep half and they pay for the retrieval and storage. Betches really outdid itself with Oversharing. I love the combo of Dr. Naomi and Jordana. I love this show so much! But I wish they would stop doing the dreams segments. Other people’s dreams are widely considered so boring to hear about! I fast forward through them but it’s hard to know when the segment is over.

I am a HUGE fan of Oversharing and have 100% used your advice on my own situations. But please… do not do more dream stuff! Jordana is so funny and natural on Uup. When she is with Naomi though, they both constantly vocal fry and it distracts from the content and makes it almost unlistenable. I want to love this podcast! Come on ladies; you are both adult professionals. Speak with confidence and not like a Kardashian.

I really love this show. It's thoughtful and has a kindness about it. My only gripe is when body issues/food is addressed. I feel as though that idea of "good" vs "bad" food can become toxic very quickly. I have noticed this in multiple episodes and it always makes me feel a...Read full review »

It helps normalize so much of what women feel like they have to suffer through on their own. It also makes the egg freezing process so much less intimating. Hope there’s a season 2!! Really anything Jordana and Dr. Naomi create I would listen to!
