Usually love this show, but the US elections discussion in the Nov 11th episode when Naomi kept saying “we’re all going to be okay” was frustrating and wildly out of touch. Women will die from abortion bans, families will be torn apart as people are deported, and god knows what else. Hearing this...Read full review »

I’ve listened to every episode and while I noticed a consistent pattern of privileged and out of touch answers from both hosts, I enjoyed the listener questions and commentary. However, the intro to the 11/12 episode was the last straw for me. Naomi, check your privilege. Not everything is always...Read full review »

My favorite podcast!! I am a U Up subscriber and have been listening since 2019. When Oversharing came out I gave it a go and love every episode. They are so grounding and this always make me want to call my sister and catch up! Thank you ladies!!

So chill and calm. No one’s screaming. Ads aren’t annoying. Gives great advice. Truly love how they carry out the conversations. I can listen to it in the morning, in the shower, or before bed. Awesome job girls!

Jordana cracks me up and has always been a gem to listen to, I’ve listened to her since her Betches Brides days. Combines with Dr. Naomi, of them usually always says what I’m thinking or feeling. Yet, I love that combined they provide a realistic approach to every day obstacles and life...Read full review »

Love this show. Jordana is so funny and Dr. Naomi calming. Please stop reading the recaps at the start, it sounds like you’re introducing a PBS special and adds nothing to an already good show.

I feel like this is the slightly more grown up/developed version of u up. Love it!

OMG! Jordana! I just loved how you said how sad for the Grandma! 🤣 You two are the best. I absolutely love listening to your podcast. I’ve been a long time Betches fan and am getting caught up on my Oversharing. This won’t be the last time you hear from me 😘 I’ve got a long list of situations...Read full review »

Love this podcast! Naomi and Jordana have slightly different takes sometimes which is nice and their banter is sweet and sisterly. The pod is generally pretty focused and has a variety of advice topics. I just wish the episodes were longer!

Overall, I really enjoy this podcast but struggle when the topic of politics comes up. There is a lot of downplaying of the real-life consequences of political actions on people’s lives. Naomi reduces the issue to different people with “different fears”. Political action has real life impacts on...Read full review »

Great podcast for hearing a different perspective- find ways to ground yourself and understand your emotions. My favorite thing to do is end my day with Jordana and Dr. Naomi

I found this episode SO REFRESHING. I am very much a moderate and it infuriates me to be surrounded by people (often friends and family) who so vehemently demand I ‘choose a side’. I feel that many people I know are sucked into constant media/social media coverage and social pressures, and that...Read full review »

Edit; I still LOVE the podcast. I wish there was slightly less “mom” content. Either way I’ll keep listening! I love the U Up podcast and am now a huge fan of Oversharing! Love the pod, but there are sooooo many ads. If I’m busy doing anything (cleaning, working out, etc) it feels like I have to stop to fast-forward every 5 minutes. I get that that’s how you make money, but c’mon. Maybe there’s a better way to organize the ads so it isn’t constant.

Thanks for the podcast, love what you do! Love the pod so much! Dr. Naomi, I recommend shopping at Old Navy. As a big runner and a girl who doesn’t mind spending a buck on workout clothes, I have found Old Navy to be exceptional. Their running shorts specifically are great and come at a bargain! Had to pause the episode to give this rec.

I’ve listened since day 1, I love the chemistry between Dr Naomi and Jordana and their insights. This said I think emails have turned a little dull lately. The regularity with which the hosts dismiss financial anxieties as small is so frustrating. You can’t affirm and meditate away not making enough money. Otherwise, this a pretty good pod! I use things I learn in this pod all the time to supplement (not replace) actual therapy.
