Description
In September 2015, PayPal’s Americas region announced a strategic decision to pursue a segment called the 'middle market' – those businesses that have graduated from start-ups and matured into larger organizations where the right technology and business processes are pertinent for growth. In the last decade, PayPal has been investing mainly on large enterprises and small businesses as the core group of merchant customers. The middle market businesses are growing faster than the industry average, and can no longer be ignored. This episode features perspectives from Peggy Abkemeier, CFO, Americas, Global Credit, and Global Products; and Brad Brodigan, VP & GM, North America Middle Market.
