“I am a therapist in an elementary school. I serve kids who have trauma, or are autistic, or have other needs for therapeutic support to help them cope with school and be in their classroom as much as they can. I actually discovered this podcast when looking for relaxation audio for myself. I just got done listening to the final episode of the season. I have not heard the others, yet. I didn't even know this was for children until the end of the episode. I love the simple, gentle instructions. I love the way the listener feels invited into a special world-- it immediately captured my imagination. It brought tears to my eyes! I LOVED the science facts added in, in such a way that reminds me to feel a sense of wonder about the world. Some of my kids will especially adore having those facts in there! I am very excited to try this series with my kids at school. I think it suits all age groups, including adults. A great way for everyone to calm down, together.
