An engaging overview that could easily lead to deeper study
I've listened to all of Nigel's casts, and, while I hope his book hasn't concluded, I encourage anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of philosophical viewpoints to listen in. I wait patiently for a next installment and look forward to reading the book for myself.Read full review »

The selection available is lacking the good stuff. Where is the existentialist phenomenology? I urge the podcasters to release readings of Husserl, Ponty, and/or Marion. Heidegger too. Look for it!

A great overview but he talks SO quickly that it's hard to absorb the analysis. He also does not pause at all at the end of sentences or between sections. Just a one second pause would make a world of difference! Please!Read full review »
