Fun, exciting, informative: A standout in science programming.
I'm a long-time listener that's just finally getting around to reviewing the show. Sorry it took so long! Mat Kaplan, along with infinitely knowledgeable contributors Emily Lakdawalla and Bruce Betts, as well as the the iconic Bill Nye, dutifully perform a task that is of utmost importance, yet so often goes overlooked: the communication of science and exploration to a general audience. This program is one of the most informative, exciting, and forward-thinking programs in the media environment today (the other most notable being "Big Picture Science" from the SETI Institute). A great way to stay up-to-date on all the goings-on in the world of space science and exploration. Their enthusiasm is contagious. I just wanted to offer my humble thanks and I hope that you'll keep up the good work and (dare I say it?) keep changing the world. Carl Sagan would be proud!Read full review »
