Several reasons to give PR the love
The Planetary Society's podcast produces consistently high quality broadcasts with great guests and expert interviewing by Matt Kaplan. I also enjoy the repartee with Bruce in the What's Up segment and the weekly trivia contest, but my heart belong to Emily Lakdawalla. I've read Emily's outstanding Planetary Radio blog for as long as she's been at it, and first learned of her work during the "old days" of PR when she did a scripted segment (Q&A) each week. In the last year or so, Emily has given up the scripted stuff and started joining Matt each week for an unscripted conversation. I have to say that Emily is so much better in this format and Matt sets her up with great questions allowing her to shine with her insiders' knowledge of what's going on in the space science community. Planetary Radio is a very good podcast. Emily's part brings it up to the level of a great podcast. Keep up the work everyone!Read full review »
