Listen now
Description
In this podcast, I interview Clare DiFrisco. She is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and owner/co-founder of Cannsult, a consulting firm based in the US and Australia that also offers an e-learning platform on Leadership and Lean Six Sigma. She is a hands-on practitioner, leader, coach and facilitator with many years of experience across many diverse industries. We discuss how the pandemic has allowed them to double-down on their online training platform. We also discuss her experience in the emerging cannabis industry, her work with many different government agencies and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), her work with public and private healthcare organizations and even some work with law enforcement agencies. In her bio, she mentions that she naturally gravitates to organizing clutter, and can be found on weekends collecting bits of plastic from beaches and alphabetizing the $5 DVD bin at Walmart.
