These are great
I am starting to train for several triathlons this summer and it is finally good enough weather in Memphis to run outside. I like listening to my ipod but the problem is that alot of the songs are differant volumes and some are too slow to run to and others to fast. Plus, I dont really want the music to distract me. You really look like an idot banging your head to a song and singing to yourself while you are running down the road. People will think you are unstable. This is very cool music and it keeps you going at a steady pace with the same volume. You just zone out and before you know it, you're run is finished or you have ran too far if you are running for time. I am SO glad I found this and I cant belive it is free.Read full review »

In sum, this stuff really makes my run more efficient. I would encourage even more variety in themes; for example, Emotion in Motion is wonderfully creative - everything from African drumbeats to Gospel music! Fantastic!Read full review »

Brilliant, just what I have been looking for, but started with 150bpm and blew up half way through a 10k run. Always with a good background baseline, so you know when your feet are supposed to be hitting that tarmac. Keep up the good work!!!!

Not just for running... I actually listen to these mixes at work. They keep sounds and conversations from distracting me and help keep me focused. Great job!
