Smart listening, with minor problems
I do enjoy listening to the political gabfest each week. The trio does a good job of exploring each discussion topic, and provides thoughtful, witty commentary—Dickerson keeps the discussion rolling and doesn't let it lag. However, a few nits to pick: Plotz's wishy-washy equivocation of seemingly every other topic causes me to bang my head against the steering wheel sometimes. And there have been a few times where one of them may go off on a totally uninformed rant which makes them sound, not surprisingly, nakedly uninformed, given their otherwise erudite commentary. I think John Dickerson has generally thoughtful and well informed commentary and Emily Bazelon often provides insightful commentary.
