“The only problem is I WANT more ! Mark is the man and if you follow his 80/20 rule you will see great results. I not only lost weight but I sleep better, feel better ,look better and most of all think better, not just think as in problem solving but also I no longer compare my "status" with others I'm content with right where I am at and where I am heading. The most amazing thing is when you follow the primal way of living you do NOT get the hunger pains like you do on a carb burning diet.
