Inspiring info presented without fanaticism
I like listening to Mark when I work out. He's informative and inspiring but maintains a healthy sense of humor and reasonable approach to his concepts. No where is the "food as religion" speech or the "you can do it" BS. Each podcast is full of info on how the body works. If you really want to be a super athelete, there's plenty of info if you dig down on "biohacking," although I only care about losing fat, gaining muscle and being healthy while still maintaining a livable lifestyle. (That means eating pizza at times.) Start off with the Ten Primal Laws. Play! Get sunshine! Sleep! Nothing too crazy there.Read full review »

Mark is, definitely, the guy to go every time you are looking for ancestral perspective in Modern_Paleo like style. Great Podcast.

Most the episodes have some great information that applies to a wide diversity of people! Sometimes it feels like a commercial for Primal Blueprint products though.
