EXCELLENT podcast! I'm having a listening marathon right now, and had to take a pause to write an iTunes review. Mark Sisson doesn't believe in a masochistic,austere diet and exercise plan that just leaves one exhausted and resentful. He fully believes that life is meant to be enjoyed, and promotes a balanced, realistic approach to achieving one's optimal self. Each podcast is just the right length--not too long (under half-hour)--and every bit is packed with quality, takeaway info. You won't have to (or want to) fast-forward through any of it. Primal Blueprint provides a wealth of information on diet, exercise and also gave me a new way to look at life. Definitely worth a listen to see if any of its principles will work for you too.
