Difficult to listen to
Podcasts are a tremendous asset to my growth in the Paleo lifestyle. I can commute and learn at the same time. Like many people, I look to Mark Sisson as mentor on this path so I listen to the podcast regularly. The content is great, but I have to ask Brock Armstrong "why do you talk that way?" You use a very odd cadence & tempo that I find so difficulty to listen to. Sometimes the combination of an advanced topic and this speech pattern leave me sitting in my car looking puzzled, not knowing what I just learned. I'll keep listening, but would be so happy if this issue could be addressed. Thanks!Read full review »

Really glad to see this as an extension of the fantastic work Mark Sisson does on Mark's Daily Apple. I've lost 45lbs and am much healthier and happier following his primal blueprint. I have 50lbs more to go before I climb Mount Rainier this Summer, and podcasts like these around...Read full review »
