This is a great podcast. I look forward to new episodes, which inspire the maintenance and refinement of my primal diet and fitness goals. Episodes are highly informative and reinforce key concepts. Mark and guests translate complex concepts into actionable ideas for a broad audience.

I started from the beginning to get caught up and have been regularly listening ever since. I love that I have a choice to listen to the blog posts (which are always interesting and informative) and the guest interviews are typically great also.

This podcast is organized, efficient and stays on topic. For these reasons this podcast is my favorite one out there. Thanks for not rambling on and on about nothing as so many other of these health and fitness podcasts tend to do.
