“One of the great pleasures of owning my own business has been building relationships with my team members.” Women consultants fall into different camps when building a team for their consulting businesses.  Those who are doing everything themselves because they either believe they can't afford to hire team members or that no one else can do things as well as they can. “I'll figure it out” camp. And they probably can! Women are amazingly capable. They can multitask, are multi-passionate and multi-talented, and are also interested in learning and challenging themselves. But those ideas can keep us small, overworked, and frustrated. In today's episode, I’m sharing practical tips along with some philosophical points of view that can help you think better about building your team.  People can be the most joyful or the most stressful parts of our businesses (and of our lives, btw).
