Amazing educational podcast!
I am licensed professional counselor intern and I work in 3 different places. I mostly enjoy learning about psychiatry/psychotherapy concepts, theories, and therapy approaches because I see a wide range of clients. I work at a culturally-specific domestic violence agency where I conduct therapy sessions with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The second location I work at is a neuropsychology private practice which is where I engage in a lot of adjustment counseling and educational counseling with client who struggle with PTSD, executive functioning issues, and mild head injuries. The third location that I work at is a private practice that focuses on children and adolescents. I am always wanting to learn more and more content related to trauma. I enjoy listening to your podcast because I am able to learn so much from you. I always take notes whenever I'm listening to your podcast. I recommend this blog for anyone who is in the mental health field. Dr. Puder gives so much valuable information! What I am learning from his podcasts are things I can actually put into practice as a counselor. I am looking forward to more episodes!Read full review »

I am a current PGY3 psychiatry resident and love these podcasts. They help to keep my motivation for learning going and are perfect for the ride to work. They’re accessible, cover a broad range of topics and yet have significant amounts of detail! I particularly like the psychopharmacology ones.
