Over the course of the past year, as I started to see a psychiatrist for the first time, I have developed a love for learning about the field and have found the Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Podcast to be one of the most accessible and well-produced resources available online. I love that many of the podcasts are often accessible to general audiences while still being very information-dense.
