Dr Alexandra Jones is a public health lawyer and researcher at The George Institute for Global Health within the Food Policy team.   This episode dives deep into the world of food policy and regulation, as Ali explains Front of Pack Labelling around the world with a particular focus on the Australian Health Star Rating.
