“Well produced, and the main actress does a sleeve by job with what she's given...
This tries too hard to be cryptic and creepy, but it just sounds silly. It fails to even be internally consistent. "Everything about the game gets wiped so nobody knows" except there is apparently all this info available, and the nArrator even knew enough to suspect The Game in her friend's disappearance.
It does that thing b-list tv dramas do to seem 'hip' and relevant. There's a tech-savvy-if-it-was-five-years-ago term used about every third sentence, often incorrectly. (I half expected there to be a photo that needs to be "enhanced"). TOR and the dark net and the cloud and the narrator getting the girl's "account" which hilariously gets her into her "Dropbox clone" (that's not how 'accounts' work. Do you have one account that someone can use to access all of your different apps and things by itself?)
Stop trying so hard. You sound more fake the more you push.”Read full review »
