My new favorite podcast!
I'm a new manager and have really been focusing on improving my management skills. This podcast have given more strategies I can implement in my work than any other book or colleague has been able to give me. (And we're only 4 episodes in!) I used to think as criticism or annual review season as a difficult and uncomfortable process, but now I'm excited to give staff members praise and criticism throughout the year. I'll also be focusing on planning time for praise in addition to time for criticism while doing my annual reviews of my staff members.Read full review »
