I very much identify with the Radical Candor idea. I describe myself as an a$$hole with a heart of gold, backed up by my DISC profile of DC, extra D. Radical Candor is a much more professional description. Or, I'm often not nice, but I try very hard to be kind. Great show for learning for about how to be a great boss. I love their concept of caring deeply and giving feedback directly - I realize now that thought the two were mutually exclusive, but of course they are not! The hosts are personable, funny, and have great chemistry. Looking forward to more!
